g is for greta

The kids and I have been stuck in the house for a long time. We’ve had brief escapes to the library, shoveling the drive/walk, etc. but no big adventures. Why? We seem to have just recovered from a 24 hour stomach flu just to catch a bad cold. Ugh. Anyway, we’ve had lots of time to talk. Here’s a favorite from each of the kids:

Corinne to Mason upon eating a Lifesaver: “This is a lifesaver, but it doesn’t save your life. It’s just candy. I’m not sure why they call it that.”

Mason after going potty: “I just hurt myself with my underpants.”

Ethan being coached: “Eye (pointing at his eye) wuv Dada.”

They make me laugh and keep me entertained. I sure love these guys.
