g is for greta

Okay. I know I said that I was looking forward to reading and maybe taking a bubble bath. However…. I was at my friend Steph’s house, and we started talking about home decorating. She urged me to paint while the kids were away. Well, I did. It took about 6 hours. I wanted a grayish blue that wasn’t too depressing. Not exactly what I got, but it will have to do. I’m not ready to redo it. That was alot of work. It is definitely better than it was. Here are some before and after pics.

Ethan sure thought is was fun to be able to see me from the loft.

I’m hoping once I add curtains and things on the wall it will help me adjust to the color. Sigh.

Ethan is growing like a weed. He actually slept from about 10 until close to 8 o’clock this morning. Yipee! He is also working on sitting up. He slowly bends in half and falls over. No signs of crawling yet, but he rolls around and scoots some. He’s never in the same spot when you come back to where you left him. The smiles are huge and plentiful. The kids are really good at getting him to giggle. Here’s some pictures:

If you live close, you had better come and visit before he’s all grown up!
